Writer looking for Webcomic Artist

Hello there. I'm Alice and I'm hoping to find an artist who would like to just do a fun little Webtoons comic with me. I wouldn't be able to pay you or anything, but you would get to control just about everything visually. I might make a few suggestions here and there if I notice something and you are more than welcome to do the same with my writing. I hope that if we begin working together we can become great partners and hopefully good friends too. Thank you for reading my post.

Finding an artist for free is hard, finding free decent artist is almost impossible.
I suggest you add some more info, what webcomic is about, time limit, etc

Here is a bit more information.
Comic Title: WIP, but something like, The Flame Princess and her Wizboy.
Genre: Fantasy/Romance
Number of Main Characters: 2
Names of Main Character: Chrysanthemum(Female 19) and Elian(Male 21)
The premise of the story is that Chrysanthemum has been raised in the circus for her entire life, which is where she first met Elian when she was five and he was six. It wasn't until 14 years later that they met once again. Elian notices that Chrysanthemum, who is introduced twice with completely different names, wears the same expression that his mother wore once. And being such a kind and selfless soul, he helps her escape the circus and the pair run away to find out who Chrysanthemum is. Elian is also the one who gives Chrysanthemum her permanent name.
