Looking for Comic Artist (Paid)

I'm a writer and publisher (halfway through my Rebirth of the Gangster series, published in Alterna's IF Anthology), and I'm looking for an artist for a new project.
It's a 48 page one-shot, but it is left open-ended enough that it could turn into a series if a publisher picks it up. If a publisher doesn't pick it up, I'll self-publish the one-shot.
It's a horror/mystery/adventure mashup; it's Beowulf mashed up with H.P. Lovecraft and set in the modern day featuring an investigative reporter as our hero.
The artist I'm looking for would have to be adept at drawing nature (since it takes place on a heavily wooded island), monsters/creatures, and real people.
I'm willing to consider B&W or color work.

3) cover rate (this would definitely be in color)
