Wanted: artist for a contemporary 18+ comic

I am looking for an artist who can produce finished, black and white artwork (by finished I mean ready to be coloured) for a web comic about a dangerous and destructive relationship played out though a long game of truth or dare. This comic would be intended for a European/over 18 audience. The perfect artist would be able to draw cute contemporary women in a dramatic non-superhero style. The budget per 22 page issue is around $300/350. Any art style will be considered.
