Letterer Needed for Online Mini-Comic (Paid)

Hello all! We have a need of a Letterer for an online mini-comic for our website. There is nineteen pages total for the mini-comic and the layout is one single comic panel across each page with black borders on the top and bottom of the panel.
What we are looking for is white writing on the top and bottom of each panel, there are no dialog bubbles to line up or anything like that, more of a narrative old school early 80’s late 70’s Conan/Warren Publishing feel around each pages main image. We can supply you with page examples of the look of the white lettering on black panels for you to see. We can only offer $50 for the project, it’s absolutely all we have in budget to complete it. We pay through Paypal and can send half immediately and the other half upon completion. Looking forward to hearing back from you in regards.
