My name is Sergey. I letter comics since 2007. In 2015 I started to do it professionally. Now I run the comics lettering and design virtual studio from Eastern Europe — Invisible Art, founded in 2017 and currently consisting of 15 freelancers from 5 countries.
Mainly we do letters for various translated books (more than 220 graphic novels from about 100 to 1300 pages, for about 10 local publishers. We officially work on translated comics series like Deapool, Spider Man, Wolverine, Carnage, Daredevil, Doctor Strange, Samurai Jack, Rick and Morty, Star Wars, Archie, Simpsons, TMNT, Uncle Scrooge and Donald Duck, Warcraft and many others. and we know what a great lettering looks like.We also do original lettering and design for credit pages and covers.
We specialize in digital and hand lettering a large amount of pages in a short time and we also do pre-print preparations. In addition, we design our own fonts!
We understand that for now no one knows us outside our countries. But we are expanding and really want to prove ourselves and get more connections. We also understand that all project are different, requires a different approach and require different costs. So now we are ready to work within your budget (but not less than $ 4 per page, and $ 40 per logo). We can also calculate each page at a different cost.
Send us descriptions, art files and scripts of your projects and we will discuss everything. Also, if you already know what you want to see, just send examples of lettering — this will speed up the process and reduce the price. After lettering, we will make the necessary number of changes (within reasonable limits) and prepare the files for print and/or for the web.
