Trying to get work out there - Practice and exposure

I want to be as upfront as possible about this and I'm hoping to find someone who just has the same drive to be an artist and build a portfolio. I'll be up to work with any genre the artist wants to work on.
I'm a writer trying to just get practice and my work out. I'm looking for someone to collab with and do just that. I can't at the moment offer any payment.
Let me know if you're just passion-driven and want to get some completed work out to the world.
