Writer Seeking Artist for Collaboration on Project

Hi,
I am a writer with a 90s superhero story, looking for an artist to collaborate with on a webtoon, or something similar. Aside from a full story arc, there is a ton of world-building and character development done, plus plans to continue the story past what is already written. Split of profits would be in artist's favor. Especially looking for someone who has the tech-savvy to publish a webtoon. This would hopefully be a long-term collaboration. Let's publish a comic together as a team!

Here's a link to a blog I created when I was attempting translate the script into prose. It went okay, but it just loses something in prose. It was always meant to be a comic/graphic novel.
