Looking for an artist to work on webtoons projects

I have many stories I wrote and I'm writing right now. I'm looking for someone who would be willing to work with a split of 50-50 on the benefits. I don't have any particular exigencies for schedules since it's not a paid job until there are benefits so it will be a healthy release making it possible for the artist to get more work in parallel.
