Cover Artist Needed - Tarot Card Reconstruction

Hello,
I have a rather unusual request. This tarot card of "le Monde" was found in the bottom of well in Sforza castle in Milan. It is possibly 14th or 15th century but shows a very sophisticated drawing style compared to later examples.
For the cover of my book, I would like this card reconstructed as accurately as possible. It can be in black and white, no colour needed. I am looking for someone who can properly mimic the style of this tarot card and restore it to it's original glory

But I want it to look more like the above first card from Sforza castle which seems to be a higher level of artistic sophistication.
In order to find an artists who meet my expectation, I'd like to have those who are interested simply recreate the angel in the top-left corner of the card only as a sample of your technique. If you are interested in doing this, please send me some samples of your work. Then I will choose a few artists and have them reconstruct just the angel, which I will pay each of them $50 to do, (whether i like the results or not). Then I will chose the best one, and that person will be asked to do the whole reconstruction of the card, at the rate they request (I'm thinking $200-300).
