Creative Writer Available, Looking for Collab / Artist

Hey there, the name's David and I'm trying to get ahead in my writing. As such, I need some projects and exposure, so I've come here to get some help. If you're an artist looking for a writer, a collaborative group looking for a writer, or just plain need something written, I'll do it.
My rates will be something like 1 -3 cents a word (depending on the length), and I'm willing to work for split profits or for free if the work is something along the lines of a webcomic or a book proposal where pay would come later down the line.
