Seeking Artist for Eagles Initiative Competition

I'm here looking for an artist to work with on a submission for the Eagles Initiative http://www.eaglesinitiative.com/Submissions.aspx
I have a 7 page story that I'd like to submit for this, it's a sci-fi story involving time travel.
If you've not clicked the link to check out the initiative I'll highlight some brief points.
Firstly this is a non-paying gig because: "A cash prize is on offer to the top three entries as voted by the judges:
First: £1,000
Second: £500
Third: £250 "
A couple of the rules:
# All entrants must be considered an a.dult in their country of residence, ie 18 in the UK and US.
# Entrants must declare their name, address, date of birth, and contact details with their submission. These will be subject to verification.
# Entrants must not have been published professionally prior to their submission to the Initiative; in this context professionally is defined as being paid for work commissioned by a publisher
# Entries must be submitted digitally in US format size, 7 inches wide x 10.5 inches high. Download this TEMPLATE to make sure your pages fit properly. Any entries outside of these stated dimensions will be rejected. However 300dpi JPGs are acceptable.
The deadline for submissions is November 1st, so yeah I'm going to be looking for someone who can work both quickly and competently.
