I'm a published panel cartoonist looking for a caption writer. I specialize in cartoons about family/kids, medical, whimsical, animals, general news topics, legal issues, education, and so forth. I generally do not do much "racy" material. I pay 25% to writer for a sale I make when I get paid. For any really outstanding sure fire original caption, I pay 50% when I make a sale and get paid. I would need about 20 captions every month.
