Artist wanted for project, likely split ownership

Hi all
I'm looking for an artist with the ability to provide a specific style to work on one of two concepts.
I'm looking for either:
An artist to create a vast art deco/mechanical/metropolis style world - to work with on (at least) the first part of what I hope will be a long-running, original project.
Architecture, characters and atmosphere will be required, so there might be a bit of designing. Note there will be no more than 4 principal characters in the first part.
OR
An artist who can work with me to develop an attractive, classical pirate setting (lots of mainbrace and rum) from where we can take the primary character and follow her exploits.
I don't want to give too much away as yet, however samples of my comic strip writing can be found here:
http://www.kasterborous.com/timeleech/
For the sake of clarity, the projects feature completely new characters (give or take a couple of pastiches) in a unique setting and are not related to the strips linked to above.
Drop me a line via PMs or reply to this thread if interested.
Cheers
