Novelist seeking comic book artist

I need a comic book artist to illustrate a section of my novel that is told in comic book format. I have written and laid out the comic in story board format, it's roughly 18 pages, but each page is only one or at most three panels.
The concept is that one of the characters in the book begins drawing comics as a 12 year old, and most of his story in the book is told through these journals and his early comics. The part you will draw is later in time when this boy is now a man and a successful comic artist.
This is a one-time paid freelance gig. I will retain all rights to everything. This is not negotaible.
