Rotten Apples...New comic in search of an artist

Thousands of people the world over find themselves wielding magical metal spheres that grant them amazing powers and abilities. However, for every hero that uses their new found gifts for good, three evil Rotten Apples are brought into this world...This is the basic premise of the comic book universe that I am creating. The story kicks off with a four issue mini series that introduces the main characters and concepts. I need an artist to help me with the character designs and illustrate the story.
