Published Writer Needs Cover Art and Website Art

I have recently just published my first book and it's not selling well. The cover I used was a template and I feel that its not doing the material any justice. What I need is an artist who can give me a cover that no one can look past and stuff for a website I plan on doing to promote it. I'm also thinking of doing a few pics for inside the book like King's Dark Tower series. Understand that I have this work copywritten so theft by anyone is out of the question. I have already had a few artists on this site try to steal my ideas. If I can get good enough art which will sell the book I might be able to pay you, but only the serious need apply.
