Artists/Illustrators needed.

Hello there,
I am sure messages like this get posted all the time but I thought I would give this a go.
From a young age I always wanted to make comics, I did my best for a while but my drawing skills were not up to scratch, this made me turn to filmmaking to get my ideas out there and pour my imagination all over peoples faces. I am now on a steady road working in the industry.
BUT my desire to make comics is still alive and for years I have been writing down idea after idea. Now I have decided to really go for it and I would like to start my own comic book company.
Now this is the problem and why I am posting. I need artists and other writers to help make this happen and I have no money, just ideas, passion and determination.
What I am looking for is committed people who want to join my team, the aim would be to build a team of artists and writers, meet up and see what we can do, I honestly think this can be done with the right people on board and I would be aiming for the top, to really establish ourselves in the comic book business first in the UK and then the world.
The initial thing for me is getting the team together and then I think it would a good idea to create four first issues of four different ideas and then obviously take it from there.
Now, like I said I have no money so we would all start in the same boat but the way I see the money making is simple, if your stories or art does well and sells then you make a percentage off of it, I am not gonna sit there and make money off things I did not have any involvement with, obviously some money will go into maintaining the website and printing the comics but I plan to start online and I will be making money the same way you will be, when my ideas sell.
Now I know that was a big message so I am going to stop now but I I just wanted to add one more thing. I am open to any styles and any ideas so please send me an email if you are interested and lets put together a super team.
