Hello,

Like most other posters I'm a writer. I am seeking an artist to collaborate with via a web comic. The reason I'm seeking an artist for this is something I'll go into details about that later on with someone willing to do the web comics. I'll make up a story, you draw it etc etc.

with all due respect to mr Emanex, he doesn't speak for ALL artists, about who will do it for payment, or free.

As well as not mentiuoning payment you also did not mention what your credentials were as a writer. Are you a good writer? How about letting those who are prepared to work for free (I'm not one of them) see a sample of your work?

You want something for nothing, then YOU are the one that needs to prove yourself my friend.
