comic idea

Post by gdise »

I've got a story written out that I'd love to have illustrated. Its a western with steam punk themes and a number of werewolf and vampire characters. Send me some samples of your work at gmdise@gmail.com if you're interested, and we can talk.

I have a zombie story that I have whipped up and a werewolf one that my friends say should be a comic. It would be very interesting. e-mail: amanda-kupris@uiowa.edu

Looking for Illustrator

Hi,
I’m currently living in Montreal, Canada and looking for an illustrator preferably living in Montreal but if I find what I am looking for elsewhere I am willing to find a way to make it work. I write many different stories and have a whole bunch already ready to go they just need to be broken down into issues; however at the moment I am currently working on 2 of them full time. I’m searching for an illustrator whose style matches up with my own and compliments each other’s work.
I’m looking for serious illustrators only!!! If you are not going to finish what you start or be lazy this isn’t for you and you are not the type of person I am looking for.
I’m looking for traditional styles but preferably something new and original. Specifically I’m looking for someone who can mix the tradition styles with mix of new school to give the reader a story and art in a way they have never seen before. I’m looking more for something original.
If you are interested on learning more and would like more information please contact me at atg.leal@gmail.com or send me a message on ZWOL; also if you email me please include a portfolio of past works. I would like to see your style to see if it fits with the stories.

If you write dark stories you might be a good fit my stories are very unique and a tad dark, if possible would i be able to see some of your work to see if you we be a good fit?

Thx Alex

I have a draft of a script prepared for a short 10-11 page story, a sort of creepy semi-psychological fantasy story set between a crypt, hell, and a psychopath's subconscious. send me a PM if you're interested and I'll link you the script. It's still work in progress, but i'm getting there

P.S. I live in england if that matters
