Looking for a group of artists and writers for a great comic

Hello aspiring artists,
we are a group of two (2) writers who are working on a (and we believe) great story.
We are currently completing an episode RAW writing done by me and editing/cut scenes by my friend.
This is our first project and we are aspiring writers.
But what we could guarantee is that once you're selected to be our artist the storyline of our comic would simply Blow you away (and we mean it)
our synopsis got acclaimed in one of the biggest anime forum and we got nearly 3,789 votes of people who wanted to read this story.

So what we're looking for is an artist preferably two
We need black and white manga drawings and if you prefer it to be inked you'd have to look for an inker/suggest us some inkers.

We'd choose you by letting you draw a character in our story and see if you have the skills needed for this story.

This is a group project and we're going to look for a publisher after releasing 2-3 episodes and wait for the critics and response.
All the profit we receive would be equally shared among the personals involved in this group.
There is one condition for you to be accepted that you submit the finished product on time please nd be active in group discussions.

I agree. We can't really tell how amazing it is until we know something about it now can we?
