Writer seeking artist for Christian comic, part 2

Hi,
I'm looking for an artist who may be interested in drawing for a comic I am working on. This forum post is mainly about the page layout.
It would be manga style artwork, I've included detailed page layout instructions for the cover and 4 pages. The 4 pages each have 4 separate panel drawings in them which make up the page, upper left, upper right, lower left, lower right. The cover is a single panel drawing.
I am interested in your rates and/or a 50% royalty agreement for any drawings which sell that you drew.
It will be a story arc comic, these are just the cover and 4 pages from the overall story.

MARY MARY, COMIC COVER AND 4 PAGE INTRODUCTION ARTWORK OUTLINE

Comic title: Mary Mary
Sub title underneath main title: "Experiencing the supernatural in everyday life"
A) COVER PANEL (all drawings are to be manga style)
Mary Mary, sailor moon type appearance character walking left to right along a street. Mary has a shadow of full grown woman where her shadow should be on the sidewalk, is carrying her school books and the edge of her bible can be seen from the top of her handbag. A small dog is walking towards her on the sidewalk and she is looking at the dog as she walks to school. (Mary Mary is in center of cover panel walking left to right.)
Her Uncle John's white mansion with white pillars at front on a hill in the distance. (Mansion and Uncle John standing on the doorstep is in upper right of cover panel.)
Mary's parent’s house, a two storey suburban house, with Mary’s mother standing in an open doorway leaning over to pat the family cat whose fur color changes depending on who pets it. The cat is rubbing against Mary's mother’s legs. Mary's father is sitting in his armchair on the front porch of the house, his face hidden behind the local newspaper, while Mary's younger brother Matthew is playing a board game called “the Great flood.” (Her parent’s house and her family is upper left corner of cover panel.)
B) PANEL 1 (i.e. PAGE 1)
Panel 1, sub panel 1 upper left.
Mary and Kaona (Mary's asian Christian friend) sitting at their school desks next to each other looking at the teacher's pot plant on her desk.
Caption: Mary saying to Kaona, "Hey Kaona, look at Miss Weather's pot plant on her desk."
Panel 1, sub panel 2, upper right
The focus on the plant morphing into a twice to three times as big monster plant with large teeth snapping at Mary and Kaona.
Caption: "Mrs Weather’s pot plant suddenly morphs into a hideous plant monster with very sharp teeth. AARRGH!"
Panel 1, sub panel 3, lower left
Mary and Kaona standing beside the plant yelling at it.
Caption: "Be quiet in the name of Jesus Christ!"
Panel 1, sub panel 4, lower right
The teachers pot plant monster morphing back into a normal pot plant once more.
Caption: "Defeated, Mrs Weather's pot plant turns back into its sheepish self."

Mary Mary walking along the street from left to right, her bible appearing from the top of her handbag, Mary is looking into distance. She sees a white mansion with white pillars at the front of the mansion in the distance.
Caption: Mary thinking, "Its unusual, wherever I am, whenever I look into the distance, there is Uncle John's mansion on a hill."

Mary Mary has jumped over the fence on the roadside and walking towards the mansion.
Caption: Mary thinking, "And whenever I decide to travel to his house"

Mary Mary now appearing at front doorstep of white mansion knocking
Caption: Mary thinking, "It always takes me exactly 40 minutes to walk there, to his doorstep"

Mary standing inside Uncle John’s mansion looking at the large painting in the front room. Uncle John is bringing two cups and a teapot on a silver platter to a small table next to Mary.
Caption: Mary thinking, "He has this large painting in his front room which changes every time I visit. I’m sure it is the same wooden framed picture." (Painting now showing Joan of Arc holding chalice in her hands up to heaven, Joan is dressed in historical battle gear) Small plaque under painting reads "Joan of Arc"

Mary sitting on the side of her bed, holding an open bible in her hand and looking out her bedroom window which is on the second floor of her parent’s house. Outside the window is the night sky, with the moon and stars showing. There is a small bedside table next to Mary’s bed with table lamp.

Mary and Kaona having coffee in the local coffee shop, Kaona sitting with back to door, Mary looking out the shop window at a huge door of light on a nearby hill, extending into the night sky, small particles of light swirling around it and two angels, one on each side of doorway face to face about to fight. One angel is white, one angel appears as a shadow.
Caption: Mary saying to Kaona, "That door of light looks very active tonight."
Panel 4, sub panel 2, upper right
Kaona turned around to look out the window as well while sipping coffee. Both are now looking out the window.
Caption: Kaona saying to Mary, speech bubbles, "It is always most active when its dark outside"
Panel 4, sub panel 3, lower left
Kaona now looking back at Mary, Mary looking at Kaona. The two angels are clashing swords in the background, fighting over the doorway.
Caption: Mary saying to kaona, "You know what I love about this Kaona?"

Kaona looking at Mary, both sipping coffee. One angel at the doorway of light is now standing guard, the triumphant white angel.
