Looking for artist for a collaboration over the summer!

Ok so first of all...I have no money right now. But if I get some I will pay you. Second I have a story written, its not in comic format which I will do over the summer. Its a comedy with the need for fairly detailed artwork. For now all I want is some cover art for the first issue.
