Artists needed (paid)

Greetings everyone, I’m a writer with a number of pitch type scripts that I’d like to get made and sent into a couple publishers, and I’m looking for artists and maybe even letterers.
The scripts I have ready include cape stories, modern crime, light hearted fantasy, less light hearted fantasy, and a bit of a send –up of children’s books. I’m currently working on an adventure story with supernatural elements, to the level of Indiana Jones. But totally isn’t Indiana Jones.
I’m willing to pay an artist what I can, and share in any progress or rewards that may come our way. I’d really like for a partnership to lead to something more long term as well.
