Looking for an all in one artist or full creative team for submitting a script I have for the 215ink anthology. Script is 11 pages and is an interpretation of a historical event, an assassination. This is non-paying.

May I ask where you're getting these team members from? Apart from my own 'send me samples' thing it would be helpful if there was an extra resource out there to get their attention.
