Artist Wanted for Comic Pitch (Paid)

Greetings all,

I’m looking for an artist to team with on my next indy comic concept. If you‘d like to see examples of my writing, my first was released with ANA comics, another is self-published and available at graphicly: http://grph.ly/z9yGvB

To start off I’m looking for an artist to pencil and ink a 6 to 10 page sequence to pitch to publishers, but if the pages turn out fantastic and the page rate is affordable then we will complete the 1st issue to be self-published even if the indy publishers don’t bite. I have the first scripts for 3 concepts ready (a fantasy book, an adventure/comedy, and a slice of life/romance book), and will decide which one to pitch based on the style of the artist whose work I’m most drawn to.

As far as page rate goes, since I’m funding several projects, I would obviously prefer to find a collaborator to partner with in the long term (back-end percentage, profit sharing and etc.) but I’m also certainly willing to pay an up front page rate. The amount is completely open to negotiation depending on the quality of the art and the strength artist’s name in the industry.
