Confession! Confession! I’m completely NEW in the world of comic strips. Well, not really. I’ve been an avid reader for years. Think: Betty & Veronica. Think: Tina’s Groove. Think: Retail. Now, I want to sharpen my pretty pink pencil, and try my hand at it. The best part??? I have a wicked idea for women. But, let’s keep that topic hush-hush for now. *Fingers to red-painted lips.*
Now, you’re probably wondering who I am…Well, I’m a writer. If you want to get all formal, here’s my bio:
Jewel Kats, 33, is a Diva with a closet stuffed with fashion and beauty accessories. Despite chaos, Jewel manages to work her chic tail off. She's authored seven books for Loving Healing Press (USA), Marvelous Spirit Press (USA) and Kube Publishing (UK). For six years, she penned a syndicated advice column for Scripps Howard News Service (USA) and TorStar Syndication Service (Canada). She's won $20,000 in scholarships from Global Television and women's publisher, Harlequin Enterprises. Jewel also interned at Entertainment Tonight Canada. Her award-winning work has been featured in Ability Magazine twice (158,000 American readers.) She recently made a guest appearance in the TV studio of Accessibility in Action. Blah, blah, blah. Now, let’s get to the good stuff! Yay! I’m looking for an artist to collaborate with. You do the artwork. I do the writing. Down the road, everything is split 50/50. Right now, we need to put together samples. I have the characters. You have the experience. Despite what people think, I’m not a money-bagged writer. (Sniff, sniff, tissue box… PLEASE?)
Here’s what I can afford: $60 per sample. But, in return, I’m offering you my talent. And, at least for my Diva dogs, that’s priceless!

I am an aspiring Artist who can handle the whole process starting out from a scratch: plain design, paging, paneling, sketching, pencilling, inking, coloring, Cover Art and finishing with a publication or pre-press processing for a direct printing services,

I am working in a certain diapason of contemporary genres and styles including of implying explicit materials, nudity or fantasy violence. I AM FLEXIBLE, COLLABORATIVE AND DILIGENT,
if collaboration yes I pursue the Author of texts who is interested with a creative conjunction to produce a book and start selling it with using either web services or direct prints, but though
NO FREE COLLABORATION AVAILABLE, I agree to reduce a budget for a period of creation but will require a certain fee in advance or proportionally anyway,
My rates:
Sketch: $15 (50% advance fee)
Clean up line work Black and White gamma : $25 (Nonrefundable 50% advance fee) both pinup and paneled page up to 6 panels $35 8 panels and more
Additional character fee: $10 per character ,
(more than 2 less than 5 $10 each character)
Finished rendering in full color: $55 (Nonrefundable 50% advance fee) both pinup and paneled page up to 6 panels $65 8 panels and more
Additional character fee: $15 per character (more than 2 less than 5 $20 each character)
Cover art $80 8 panels and more
all prices for paneled pages includes panelling, ballooning and lettering applied
Price is slightly negotiable like cell shading is cheaper than finished rendering. Base on the number of commissions and kind of project, the price is different.
If you possessing the information of third Persons who may be interested with involving me to take a part in their Projects we could deal in base of royalties upon base of terms of each successfully signed and fulfilled Contract,
