Looking for Artist/Collaborator

Hi everybody,
I'm looking for an Artist to collaborate with on my Creator-Owned super-hero. My plan is to shop the book around so I, personally, will not be paying nor am I getting paid. It is whatever terms the Publisher deems.
I do have faith in the book because it did catch interest with the 2nd Publisher I shopped it to but my Artist bailed because I was not paying him a page rate. If I can find the right Artist I will go back to the Publisher who showed interest.
I will need the Artist to draw some character sheets as well as the first 5 pages of the first issue (because all Publishers seem to want to see at least 5 pages).
I understand that we all have day jobs so our time is limited but I need an Artist who is serious because with no work we can't even begin to start getting paid and, hopefully, move on to bigger and better things.
