I'm looking for an artist who could also do his own inks, and a letterer, the project mentioned in the title would be a submission request to image comics.

Even If I chose an artist, image must approve everything.

The story is about a man hired by a secret agency, but just after beeing approved by his master the world gets destroyed by a nuclear attack, and there are left only a few survivors who will have to fight for food and their life every day. meanwhile our main character has to investigate who was behind the worlds end, and have revenge.

the only thing is that I would like to drw some covers.

I am not sure what are you pursuing of ? a collaboration or you'd like to invite an Artist like an employee for your project? Both way are appliciable for me under the certain rates of course,
