Artist needed for 4-Page horror comic... PAID(ish)

I’m looking for an artist for a 4-page horror comic, which mashes both slasher and zombie genre tropes to give it a twist or two.
All styles considered, though I’m leaning toward an old school horror look.
I will be colouring this myself and would like to give it a less rendered, Dave Stewart/Francesco Francavilla style finish with a restricted colour palette.
(I’ve just read Francavilla’s Swamp Thing #10 and it was stunning!!)
I will be shopping the short around trying to get it printed in an anthology as well as formatting it for release as a digital comic in the way Mark Waid’s been experimenting with over at thrillbent.com.
This will require no extra work on the artist’s behalf in the dual manor I have written it.
I can offer $100 for 4 inked pages as well as complete co-ownership of the strip.

Of course I also have the script ready to send to suitable applicants in return as well as some reference photos I have gathered to help with the process.
This is the first script I have written that I am ready to take to the production stage, but as you can see from my website I have written and produced a few short films and I am currently in the process of re-designing the website to promote both mediums.
I hope to have both this comic, along with a new short film that’s currently in post-production ready to re-launch it with.
