Graphic Novel/Web Comic project looking for artist

Hello friends,
My name is Mario and I'm a public relations professional by day and an aspiring screenplay, novel and comic book writer by night. I'm looking for a passionate and motivated artist to help me spear head into the industry. My current project is any of the following:
Full-length Novel - Graphic Novel adaptation:
I worked on a book that is now being reviewed for publishing here in Miami, Florida. My editor let me know that it would gladly accept a graphic novel adaptation for the book. This is paid, of course. But further logistics will have to be discussed between us and the publisher.
About the story:
My book is a 300 page 90k word fantasy/sci-fi novel about a group of seven people with special abilities that fight an evil demon. The story is gory and very action-based. It demands a high level of action detail and knowledge of sword fighting and futuristic settings.
Web Comic project(s):
I would like to launch a web comic. This project is spec. paid but depending on how well it turns out, we'll reap the benefits of advertising and perhaps some paperback sales.
About the story 1:
This story revolves around a secret agency whose sole purpose is to hunt and kill super heroes. It's mercilessly gory, awkwardly funny and demands a fine knowledge of cliche super hero powers, poses and fighting. This one is a 5-issue story and potentially ongoing.
About the story 2:
This story is a left-over script that was once a short animated film project that fell through. It's about a fallen angel whose being hunted down by a demon and his minions but being protected by the holy church. Set in South Beach, Florida, it demands some Resident Evil -type demon designs and knowledge of drawing beautiful babes. Only the first chapter is written for this one, so the rest is to be discussed.
