Writer looking for artist for fresh take on superheroes

I'm currently writing a script for a comic that is grounded in the whole superhero world, but looks at it from a different perspective.
Its a very real and mature story and deals with suicide, substance abuse, domestic abuse, relationships, and post traumatic stress. Though these thing are often reflected in art as dark and gritty I still want to keep the bright, colorful world that superheroes stereotypically inhabit.
I am looking to collaborate, so I'm hoping to find someone that is ok with royalty payment, though if there is some one who is very good and could work out a good price for me I am willing to consider it. I am just very short on cash at the moment.
I have experience in Australian broadcast tv.
