hello. i'm a french artist who wants to break into the comics and, you know, i ask you for the publishers who accept emails submissions in usa or england.
i will be very happy to have some answers. little or middle or big publishers.
if there's some writers who read this post, i can show you by email my talented works and perhaps we will work togethers.

It's worth asking any company if they will take an email submission from an overseas artist - the worst case is that they say no and some companies will make exceptions to snail mail only rules for people who are on another continent.
