Need an artist, will pay what I can.

I'll cut to the chase, I have an idea and I want to submit it to Image. I only need about 5 or 6 pages for a submission and I'm willing to pay $10 a page. I know it's not much, but if they like our pitch and your art work, hopefully we'll be able to make a lot more.
