Need a MANGA artist to help design and illustrate a desktop

I need a desktop wallpaper to be drawn based on the manga I've written. I need the wallpaper for a kickstater campaign.
The wallpaper itself is nothing to fancy, just three characters and a throne behind one of them. with the background just being white.
To make it clear, by "design" I just mean that I'd like some information from an artist on what the characters would be wearing based on the information on the story I'll give. I have an idea of course but an artist opinion is something I need as well.
