Looking for dedicated artist (paid work)!!!

I am looking for an artist to bring my comic book idea to life. It is supposed to be a 100 page graphic novel, with the possibility of a sequel.
The pay isn't much, but I am willing to pay from 5 to 10 USD per page, depending on page difficulty.
The artist should draw and color relatively well.
Needless to say, I would like to see some of your previous work before we make a deal.
I am an extremly dedicated author (PhD student of Political Science at the age of 23), so I expect the artist to be dedicated to the work as well.
