Writer seeks Artist [PAID]

I have a 12 issue series with the first issue fully scripted and ready for pencils. What I'd like to do is have this series ready to for when Comixology begins accepting digital submissions from independent creators. If you don't know what I'm talking about:

I'd be willing to give the artist 35%. I would do 50/50 but I have to pay for advertising and such. I'll be creating a few printed issues as well to deliver to various publishers in hopes they pickup the series so this is a prime opportunity to get your work on the desks of the major companies.
