Artists and Writers needed for a project i want to start

Right this is just a idea i had but i thought why not 
Basicly i like writing comics but im awefull at drawing
i would like to create several books with different superheros in them, this will be a whole world tho so they have to be in there own made up areas. The world will basicly be earth but to avoid collisions with other ideas each super hero will have there own made up area within there county e.g. Batman has Gotham which is some were in america. I will need artists to draw them and writers to come up with ideas with me. those looking to be paid, i cant offer money to start with as they will be unknown comics but i will ask local comic book shops if they will sell them and you will recieve a cut of the money made there and you can have your own copys to sell at your local stores so you get 100 percent there. please contact me if you are interested or need more info contact me on here or if you want to send me an email here is my email address andrewdavies1994@hotmail.co.uk im very enthusiastic about this and would love other peoples ideas
