Looking for comic artist- willing to pay

I am a artist and I have written a comic book outline. What I need is another comic book artist to make a frame by frame rough draft of my story. Then I can go back in and redo it the way I want the characters to look. I just need for someone to lay the foundation. I am willing to pay to get this done.
