So first off, hello! My name is George and Im looking for an artist for a project I have just started working on. You will have to be able to draw animals or at least anthropomorphised animals. Let me clear this up right now;

THIS is not some furry comic if you thought that after reading my email. My email is based on a character in the series which you will know more of if we work together.

That's a lot of demands you got there. Just so you know it is VERY difficult to find a free artist on sites like this one. I would know, I've been making comics through zwol.org and other forums for 5 years now off and on. It's very hard to get a specific project made for one thing, I know I often offer multiple project options when I look for artists. Also you may want to describe your project and make it appetizing for an artist to work on. Even then you have a very slim chance of finding an artist willing to work with you considering how few artists there are to go around, whenever an artist posts a "looking for writer" post it is swarmed by 8 or so responders while a look for artist post will oftentimes go unnoticed. You're going to have to decide whether you want to make a specific comic only or whether you are open to other options. One thing I often do is offer to work on an artists own project, which has gotten me a lot of good artists in the past. I also give examples of comics I've worked on in the past which helps me tremendously, maybe if you linked to work you've done in the past script or prose wise you'd have a better chance too.

P.S. Don't make as much demands, as a writer you can't afford to be picky given the current state of affairs. The only time you CAN be picky is if you offer a page rate.
