Looking for artists for an existing IP project

I was running ideas through my head and I found something I wanted to do. I love Resident Evil but the story in those games, while decent, are very convoluted. I want to retell the story, starting with the mansion incident.It isn't an original IP I realize but I just want to get noticed and get some work out there and I have some very cool, edgy ideas and new twists to bring to the story and I think It would be awesome and fun to work on. I'm just looking for an up and coming artist to work on a fun project with.
