Seeking artist to create just for fun/practice manga

Basically, I'm an aspiring writer who is seeking an artist to team up with and create a manga for fun/practice. If it works out and it's not half bad we could use it in our portfolio (respectively). One thing you should know, artists are in very high demand. A writer needs to appear attractive to an artist in order to attract one, and the best way a beginning writer can do this is to give ideas they would like to work on in their post. Linking to a sample script could help as well. Think of it this way, most artists show samples of their work so people will want to work with them. As a writer you should do that too.
