I am an aspiring comic book writer, and, thanks to some great advice from Ruyei, I have decided to offer to work with an artist for free. Any artist looking to get help from a writer, feel free to message me or reply to this post to let me know. If you want, I can send you a sample script of mine that I have written.

Meant to reply to this earlier but didn't get the chance. The point of making a forum post looking for an artist is to sell yourself. Even artists post examples of their work to prove they can draw, what special quality makes comic scripters any different? One thing that has to go out of the window is the idea that if you post your work it will be stolen. Sure it can happen, but consider two things. For one thing they may steal your idea, but they won't steal the way you would approach and develop it. Few ideas on their own are much without a skilled scripter to make magic with them. Most importantly no one's going to take you on faith that you're good. You're going to have to show in your post what your ideas are and describe them in detail. Else you have very little chance of finding an artist. Make sure also to give many different and varied story ideas in your post. You don't have to link to a sample script but it can only help.
Who knows, you could find someone.
Sincerely,
Ruyei/Robert
