Colorist Needed For Pitch

Hey All,
If all goes well, I should have a penciler/inker locked down for a 10 page comic pitch. This means in the coming couple of weeks I will be in need of a colorist. The pay is only $100 for the 10 pages plus the cover. I know it's not much but this is an opportunity for someone who wants to try and break into the comic book industry.
If the comic is picked up by a publisher, you must be okay with finishing the graphic novel (200+ pages). The pay will most likely change depending on how the publisher pays. Meaning it could go from the $10 a page (plus cover) that I will currently pay for the 10 page pitch to a back-end deal.
Again, this is for someone who would like to try and break into the industry (as I do) rather than make a lot of money on a freelance project.
