Looking for artist for possible Kickstarter comic project.

Looking for an artist(s) interested in teaming up for a possible Kickstarter comic project. The idea I have in mind is a graphic novel/maxi-series style comic- it is a love story and a political drama disguised as a superhero adventure. The world's first superhuman exists and he is controlled by the US government. The result of a freak accident, his primary task is to seek and destroy any possible projects and groups worldwide looking into creating their own 'weaponized humans'. His is loyal and firm in his belief that he and his superiors are doing the right thing- protecting the world by ensuring nothing else like him is ever created. That is until he finally has a chance to encounter another being like himself and see the potential for good his kind could have on the world.

Pretty open to art styles at the moment though I feel the story would work better in a more American style or fusion style. Anime or manga style may work in the more Shonen-like styles- coincidentally two of the major characters are even loosely inspired by Street Fighter characters. Currently a big fan of Morales Rags, Alex Maleev, Leonard Kirk's run on JSA, or Damion Scott. A wide range from realistic to more free flowing and cartoony- really just looking for something I feel will really fit the tone of the story and characters.

Payment would be negotiated. I am currently an amateur myself also working a more than full time job, if possible payment for art would be made through Kickstarter donations as well budgeted from possible publishing costs if the project and proposal is not optioned by an publisher.
