Need artist(s) for concept/promo art for Kickstarter project

Looking for an artist(s) interested in teaming up for a Kickstarter comic project. The idea I have in mind is a graphic novel/maxi-series style comic- The world's first superhuman has come into existence and he is controlled by the US government. The result of a freak accident, his primary task is to seek and destroy any possible projects and groups worldwide looking into creating their own 'weaponized humans'. His is loyal and firm in his belief that he and his superiors are doing the right thing- protecting the world by ensuring nothing else like him is ever created. That is until he finally has a chance to encounter another being like himself and see the potential for good his kind could have on the world.
Pretty open to art styles at the moment though I feel the story would work better in a more American style. Anime or manga style artwork may work in the more Shonen-like styles- coincidentally two of the major characters are even loosely inspired by Street Fighter characters. Currently a big fan of Morales Rags, Alex Maleev, Leonard Kirk's run on JSA, and Damion Scott. A wide range from realistic to more free flowing and cartoony- really just looking for something I feel will really fit the tone of the story and characters.
I am looking for an artist(s) who would be fine providing concept and promo art for free in order to launch the Kickstarter with interest in becoming the books full artist upon reaching the donation goal at which time the artist would be paid through the donation funds.
Publication options could be discussed as well an I am open to both self or independent publishing or seeking publication through Image, Dark Horse, IDW, or any number of other creator-owned publishers.
