Need Penciller for 8 Page short - paid

Hi,
My name is Frank Martin. I'm looking to produce my first short comic and currently searching for an artist to pencil the script. The story focuses on Famine from the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.
I'm willing to pay 40$ a page, but the fee is negotiable for the right tone to accompany the story. However, I’m not really looking for any style in particular and would consider any look for the art.
After accepting the job, a production/pay schedule will be created. This will be done to pay the artist periodically and accommodate availability. No money will be given up front, but feel free to hold off on sending any hi-res images until payment is received. All financial transactions and invoicing will be done through Paypal.
