Seeking artist for sci-fi comic series

Hello,
I currently have a comic being finished up for pitching called PALE DARK, http://www.paledark.com. I also have another series called TETHER scripted through issue 9, with more in progress. As you can see by my website, I'm serious about putting together comic properties that are pitch ready. I'd like to find an artist for TETHER. The goal is to finish the first issue (22 pgs), which I'll have a print run done for pitching and portfolio purposes (approx 200 copies to start). I had an artist attached, but his schedule didn't allow for him to work on the comic.
I would give preferential consideration if said artist could fulfill pencils, inks, colors and letter duties at least for the first issue. I'm open to beginners provided their work is quality enough for submission to publishers and they can do sequential art very well. Ideally, I'd like to get at least two pages a week completed. However, that is not set in stone. An artist that can continue on with the comic when it gets picked up by a publisher is a must.
To give you an idea of what TETHER is about; imagine a story that's set in a futuristic society with an Ancient Roman type culture, toss in a fantastic city on an asteroid tethered to the planet, a sexy former slave girl, a heroic escaped slave, gladiatorial games, a clone caste system and a disfigured Emperor obsessed with capturing both the escaped slaves and the People's affection. The look of the series will be a blender of Gladiator, Blade Runner, Dune, The Road Warrior, Beastmaster, Conan and Spartacus. It's written to be a Rated M series (not porn). Please be able to show me samples of your recent sequential art. Any interested potential artists can read a copy of the scripts upon request.
Now for the rub... This project currently is only a back end pay. I understand the amount of work and dedication a project like this takes and I'm confidant that if we can put out quality product we will get picked up by a publisher. When completed I will make sure you have a bunch of print copies to do with as you wish as well.
