Looking for Artist 8 Pages Horror Comic

Zombie comic in the genre of 28 Days Later. Will be funded by Kickstarter but it starts with an 8 pages and 5 character study commission. Long term collaboration. I'm looking for something close to 30$/page pencils and ink and 20$/page for colour, 15-20$ character study. Rates are negotiable but I am on a tight budget.
