Looking for an artist for graphic novel.

I have a few graphic novels I'd like to get working on. I'm looking for someone that would be interested in working with me as an artist. I'd like someone to at least draw some concept art that can be displayed on a kickstarter campaign. I have three different projects in mind. I am interested in being a artist for a potential if the concept is right. So if you like my art and I enjoy one of your story concepts we can make this work! But got one question, will I be payed for the work that I do for you? But other than that just check out my art and tell me if I qualify.
