Writer looking for full art team for 18 page anthology. PAID

Ok, guys and gals, here's the deal.
I want to assemble a full art team for an 18 page anthology. I'm talking illustrator, inker, colourist and letterer. If you are an illustrator who can also ink, then that's fantastic. I want to get this project started on Friday the 28th of March. That gives us a bit of time to recruit everyone.
I have £600 ($985 US) to pay everyone (and it would be nice to see some change out of it, but not essential.)
The story is in fact a single scene that is split into three parts.
The first part is we are on board The Lone Sabor, a whaling ship traversing the harsh seas of a fantasy world that is being besieged on all sides by a relentless storm of 50 foot waves and neck breaking winds.
The second part is where the sea monster attacks the ship, a beast of unimaginable force and power, a beast that the illustrator will have a lot of fun drawing, I'm sure.
The third part is where our protagonist, along with a lot of help from the crew, kills the sea monster.
Simple, right?
Well, yes, but the devil is in the details and, I believe, the script is solid and original, given the subject matter.
If you are interested then I will need to see some of your work, a deviantart page, a link to your website or just post some of your scribbling in a post on this thread.
I'm very interested in hearing from a wide variety of artists, but don't contact me if you will only work for $100 a page as obviously I can't do that (who the hell can?)
